7AI is a foundational AI security company founded in 2024 by Cybereason co-founders, backed by $166 million in funding from Index Ventures and Blackstone. The company pairs a federated SIEM with AI agents that detect, investigate, respond, and hunt threats, plus dedicated threat hunting and threat intelligence capabilities. As Sales Enablement Specialist, you will own the complete onboarding program for new Account Executives and Sales Engineers. This is a build-from-scratch role where you'll translate expertise from sales leaders, SEs, and the product team into structured curriculum, role-based learning paths, and certifications that drive real behavior change. Key responsibilities include: - Building and running the onboarding program for new AEs and SEs in partnership with the Head of Strategy & Enablement - Converting subject matter expertise into teachable curriculum and certifications - Instrumenting ramp metrics in Salesforce and creating reporting that demonstrates onboarding effectiveness - Using Gong and Salesforce data to identify coaching gaps and skill patterns, recommending new content - Maintaining and updating the enablement content library as product and market evolve - Supporting launch readiness and ongoing enablement for the existing sales team - Coordinating with SE leadership to ensure AE and SE onboarding remain aligned The role emphasizes shipping a v1 quickly, learning from field data, and iterating rather than perfecting before launch. You'll work in a fast-moving environment where the sales playbook is still being written. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or sales/revenue operations - Demonstrated experience building a program, process, or curriculum from scratch, either independently or as the primary builder under a senior owner; ability to walk through end-to-end - Ability to translate other people's expertise into teachable content (security and product knowledge will come from internal leaders) - Proficiency building reporting behind metrics and explaining behavioral impact with evidence (not just completion rates) - Fluency with AI tooling in a build context: creating repeatable workflows, not just occasional prompting - Preference for shipping v1 and iterating over waiting for a finished program - Curiosity about security; no prior cybersecurity experience required, but readiness to go deep on product and buyer in first 90 days - Ability to thrive in a company still defining its own playbook
