Fireworks is a Series D AI infrastructure platform (valued at $17.5B) that enables companies to build, train, and serve specialized AI models tailored to their data and workflows. Backed by AMD, NVIDIA, Sequoia, Benchmark, and others, Fireworks powers production AI across text, image, embedding, audio, and multimodal workloads.
You will lead Sales Enablement as Fireworks scales its go-to-market motion, reporting to the Head of GTM Enablement within Revenue Operations. This is a hands-on builder role with immediate ownership of two flagship initiatives:
1. **Knowledge as a Data Product**: Audit and structure GTM knowledge to be accessible for both human and AI agent consumption. Define taxonomy, governance standards, and content lifecycle management to transform scattered knowledge into a trusted, queryable source of truth.
2. **GTM Tutor App**: Harden and scale an internal AI application that trains and coaches sellers. Build frameworks to add topics quickly, improve UX, and strengthen backend reliability for broad field adoption.
3. **Cross-Functional Content Engine**: Establish recurring processes with Product, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Sales to ensure the field always has sales and marketing assets. Create intake, prioritization, and hand-off models that turn product launches and campaigns into field-ready collateral on predictable cadence.
4. **Core Enablement Programs**: Design and deliver content on product knowledge, sales skills, competitive positioning, and internal processes. Facilitate live and virtual sessions. Support role-based ramp for Account Executives, AI Field Engineers, and BDRs.
5. **Field Best Practices**: Synthesize what works from customer engagements and codify into repeatable plays and content. Feed insights upstream to shape GTM motion.
6. **Agentic Enablement**: Shape the future of AI-driven enablement by designing and shipping agents that lift Account Executive efficiency and surface Revenue Operations insights.
You'll pair enablement fundamentals (facilitation, content development, program management) with genuine AI fluency. You'll own processes end-to-end and drive outcomes across functions without waiting to be told how. Willingness to travel 15–20% for onboarding, offsites, and kickoffs required.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years in GTM enablement, sales, or related RevOps/solutions roles with demonstrated end-to-end program ownership
- Strong in both content development and live facilitation for audiences from new hires to experienced sellers
- Personal experience building AI agents or apps (via prompting, no-code, low-code, or code) to drive seller or operational productivity; engineering degree not required
- Excellent program and process management; ability to stand up structure, standards, and repeatable workflows from scratch
- Skilled at extracting knowledge from busy SMEs and turning it into structured, reusable content
- Comfortable working with knowledge, content, and data as structured systems (taxonomy, governance, quality standards)
- Proven ability to enable technical sellers to sell credibly to technical buyers
- Trusted cross-functional partner who works independently across Product, Marketing, and Sales
- Thrives in ambiguity, high ownership, and high-growth startup pace
- Willing and able to travel ~15–20%
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Prior experience as quota-carrying field IC (Account Executive, AI Field Engineer, or similar)
- Background in AI/ML infrastructure, developer tools, or API-first and consumption-based businesses with usage-based pricing literacy
- Experience with modern enablement tooling (LMS, CMS, CRM, enablement platforms)
- Experience designing knowledge bases or content for AI/LLM retrieval (RAG, agents)
