ServiceNow is seeking a Sales Director for Ireland to lead new business sales growth and drive regional revenue expansion. In this role, you will build and manage a team of direct Sales Executives, develop regional sales strategy in partnership with Sales Operations, and execute effective go-to-market initiatives. You will own territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development while supporting field sales teams in closing deals. Key responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and mentoring sales team members to drive excellence; developing territories and quotas with clear performance expectations; managing accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting; and achieving annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis. You will actively engage in C-level customer meetings to understand business requirements, build strong working relationships across Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, and the partner community. You will also focus on retaining and growing the existing customer base through regular non-sales engagement activities to deliver excellent customer experience. REQUIREMENTS: - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact) - Extensive track record of new business sales success with strong presentation and negotiation skills at industry and C-level - Proven success recruiting, coaching, and managing exceptional sales teams - Strong strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals - Ownership of accurate CRM reporting including current and future quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection - Experience driving sales processes and building effective working relationships with Sales Operations - Ability to understand the broader business drivers around IT - Ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships - Ability to adapt and work effectively in a rapidly changing and growing environment - Strong business and financial acumen - Demonstrated ability to build self-motivated sales teams that embrace collaboration, enthusiasm, and overachievement - Track record of championing top performers, developing and coaching teams, and making appropriate organizational changes - Proven partner relationships and networks with ability to grow revenue streams and territory development through partner ecosystems - Ownership of driving successful pipeline generation activities developed by marketing or partner community
