The SME & Growth Business team focuses on empowering small and medium-sized enterprises to thrive globally. This team combines deep financial expertise with a growth mindset, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions for cross-border payments and revenue optimization.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of a team that treats SDRs as Account Executives in training. The role emphasizes creativity, continuous learning, and thinking outside the box to drive results.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through phone, email, and social media channels
- Build relationships with potential customers and understand their needs and pain points
- Present innovative solutions and craft compelling value propositions
- Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for Account Executives

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of sales experience in outbound B2B sales
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience or desire to work in fast-paced environments, particularly in 0-1 mode (e.g., helped launch and grow a new product or region)
- Strategic thinker able to drive partnership conversations rather than transactional sales conversations; solution-oriented
- FIO (Figure It Out) attitude and willingness to do whatever is necessary to achieve results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and organized approach to thinking and working
- Proficiency in GSuite and sales tech tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
