Salary: AUD 75,000 - 132,000 / annual

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will work with the ANZ sales team under a Sales Development Manager to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities. You'll be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, converting them into high-quality meetings for the sales team, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Your core responsibilities include:
• Assessing and qualifying inbound leads against ideal customer profiles
• Booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives
• Conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs
• Performing account research and identifying key decision-makers
• Maintaining and growing your prospect database within assigned segments
• Delivering engaging online demos to prospects as needed
• Maintaining fast response times to maximize conversion rates
• Meeting monthly activity and qualified opportunity targets
You'll operate in a remote-first environment with asynchronous communication and high autonomy. The role emphasizes strong phone presence, relationship-building, and strategic prospecting to support Employment Hero's mission of transforming workforce management.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in high-volume inbound B2B sales
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
• Strong phone presence and resilience for high call volume
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation abilities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be based in Australia
