voize is an AI-powered platform that helps frontline workers (particularly in healthcare) reclaim time by automating digital workflows. Backed by $50M Series A funding from Balderton Capital, Y Combinator, and HV Capital, the company serves 2,000+ facilities and 200,000+ users.
You will own the first step of the sales process for the healthcare segment: identifying target customers, building outreach strategies, and shaping how voize's go-to-market approach evolves as it scales. This is not a role where you execute a pre-built playbook—you build your own market view, test what works, and feed insights directly into commercial strategy.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Building and owning outbound strategy for healthcare accounts, from research through qualified meetings
- Running high-intensity outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn, supported by AI tooling that handles administrative work so you focus on judgment and relationship-building
- Qualifying opportunities against clear criteria and handing off genuinely sales-ready meetings to Account Executives
- Maintaining accurate CRM records that inform decisions beyond your own pipeline
- Translating customer and market signals into GTM strategy improvements
- Tracking industry shifts and refining positioning over time
voize emphasizes that this is a dynamic, early-stage environment where you will tackle challenges, grow quickly, and make real impact. You will have real influence over how the SDR function itself is built, shaping the playbook rather than just following one.
Compensation includes a 70/30 base-to-commission split (ahead of the 60/40 industry standard), stock options, 30 vacation days plus birthday off, Germany Transport Ticket, Urban Sports Club membership, regular company off-sites, and access to learning platforms. The role offers flexible working hours and a hybrid setup in Berlin.
REQUIREMENTS:
- First experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
- Confidence in conducting cold calls and handling rejection professionally
- Curiosity to understand customer needs and match them with solutions
- Excellent communication skills: ability to get to the point and make complex topics easy to understand
- Technical affinity: comfortable with HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- Fluent in German (C2 level) to support German customer base
- Good command of English
- Based in or close to Berlin, or willing to relocate
