As a Sales Development Representative, you will support the growth of Neo4j's SDR program in the EMEA region. You will contact, educate, and qualify both inbound and outbound leads to generate qualified sales opportunities. Working closely with two experienced Account Executives, you will develop opportunities in their target accounts and assigned territory. Your responsibilities include conducting initial conversations with prospective customers at targeted Fortune 1000 companies to identify challenges, communicate Neo4j solutions, and close for next steps. You will leverage email, telephone, web conferencing, webinars, training classes, and in-person events to engage prospects. A key part of the role is investing in learning how Neo4j's technology addresses technical and business challenges across industries and use cases. You will create positive prospect experiences through professional rapport, knowledge of Neo4j capabilities, and customer references. Success is measured by consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs for weekly meetings held and Qualified Sales Opportunities generated. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week onsite in the London office. Requirements: - 6+ months of professional work experience and a B.A./B.S. degree - Hard-working, self-starter willing to achieve high volume of activity daily while maintaining positive and energetic persona - Positive, effective phone skills including excellent listening, presentation, and objection handling; strong writing skills - Willingness and ability to learn new technologies; coursework in SQL, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or experience selling information management tools is a major plus - Attention to detail ensuring accurate entry and management of lead data in Salesforce.com CRM - Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Google Docs, MS-Office, Salesforce.com, web-conferencing, Outreach, Zoominfo) - Team player with highest level of integrity
