Salary: USD 60,000 - 100,000 / annual

As a Sales Development Representative on the Healthcare Sales team, you will be the first impression of EliseAI for prospective clients' decision makers. You will work alongside Account Executives to educate prospects on how AI can enhance their operations and generate qualified leads to fuel the sales pipeline. Key responsibilities include: - Prospecting leads from sources like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo - Conducting cold calls, warm calls, and emails to healthcare office clients - Reaching out to executives and leadership team members at prospective clients - Managing a pipeline of new business opportunities toward company goals - Generating sales interest through multi-channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, social) using tools like Outreach.io and Sales Navigator - Contributing to team growth and recruitment efforts The role emphasizes speed, autonomy, and impact. You'll work in a performance-oriented environment with full autonomy and minimal micromanagement. As an early team member, you'll have significant face-time with leadership and other departments. Requirements: - At least 6 months of sales experience (SDR role preferred) - Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams - Goal-oriented, high-energy contributor with sense of urgency - Quick thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments - Open to experimenting with sales pitch/process to achieve company goals - Comfortable in performance-oriented environment with individual metrics - Highly confident, curious, receptive to feedback, and adaptable - Willingness to work in-person at NYC office 5 days per week Nice to have: - At least 6 months of SDR role experience - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM - Experience with high-touch outbound sales development - Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding quota
