Redis is seeking a Sales Development Representative fluent in French to join the Field Outbound SDR team in London. You will play a key role in prospecting into predefined named accounts and following up on inbound leads to create a quality pipeline of Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQLs).
In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives, SDRs globally, and the marketing team to identify and nurture leads. You'll research named accounts, develop and nurture leads through the sales process, and establish champions and advocates through phone and web conferences. Your responsibilities include executing outbound engagements using combo prospecting (email, phone, social, video), managing Salesforce and Outreach databases, supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns, and delivering on weekly SDR KPIs. You'll hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives and engage in necessary follow-ups.

You'll report directly to the region SDR Manager and have the opportunity to help define a growing sales team. Requirements:
- Fluent in English and native French speaker

- Demonstrated curiosity, resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative
- Strong ability to write compelling messages and tell great stories
- Previous social selling experience is key
- Comfortable with startup scrappiness while enjoying the stability of an established company
