Rubrik is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its go-to-market team in London. The SDR role is core to Rubrik's sales pipeline engine, responsible for identifying high-potential enterprise customers, researching fit, personalizing outreach, and booking quality meetings for the sales organization. You will manage both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up through email, social media, and phone calls. Key responsibilities include qualifying prospects, collaborating with field sales teams to develop account-entry strategies, staying current on market trends and cybersecurity developments, and using Salesforce and Salesloft to manage pipeline activities. You'll own your sales targets and report results to stakeholders. The role includes ongoing coaching from management to develop your sales skills and approach.
