Workerbase is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming shopfloor operations for enterprise manufacturers. The platform equips frontline teams with real-time data, intelligent automation, and dynamic workflows, replacing legacy systems and paper-based processes. Trusted by Fortune 500 companies including Porsche, Siemens, Bosch, and BASF, the company is entering its next phase of enterprise growth.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will build a high-quality pipeline in a structured, data-driven manner. Your role is to build and scale the outbound motion that drives enterprise growth—not just execute outreach, but strategically develop the engine behind it.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and researching high-potential enterprise accounts
- Analyzing and mapping buying committees
- Building relationships with relevant decision-makers (plant managers, operations leaders, IT decision-makers)
- Designing and executing highly personalized outbound campaigns via phone, social selling, and email
- Qualifying opportunities and structuring handoffs to Account Executives
- Building a consistent, predictable pipeline
- Feeding market insights back into positioning and product narrative
- Continuously optimizing outreach processes through experimentation and data analysis
You will work with modern sales tools including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, N8N, Clay, and AI/automation tools to systematically optimize targeting, messaging, and conversion. The role offers exposure to enterprise decision-makers from day one, strategic problem-oriented selling (discussing downtime, OEE, productivity, flexibility, operational excellence), and high autonomy to test hypotheses and iterate.
Workerbase offers a clear growth path toward Account Executive or other GTM roles, a strong performance culture with autonomy and trust, competitive compensation with performance-based upside, employee equity participation (VSOP), flexible hybrid work, €1,500 annual L&D budget, wellness benefits, 28 vacation days (plus one additional day per year up to 30), onboarding and training from experienced SaaS sales veterans, and a central Munich office with company events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, startups, or dynamic tech environments
- Structured, analytical thinking—comfortable with conversion rates, experimentation, and optimization loops
- Comfort with cold outreach; view it as a strategic discipline, not a burden
- Resilience and professional handling of rejection as part of the process
- First experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Fluent German and English (C1/C2 level)
- Ownership mindset and desire to work in a high-performance team
