Snowflake is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its growing SaaS sales organization. In this role, you will be a critical part of the revenue generation engine, working to build pipeline and set qualified discovery calls that drive new business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
- Researching and developing new and existing accounts through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social engagement
- Analyzing inbound and outbound prospects' business needs and engaging via phone and email
- Applying effective communication skills while collaborating with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners
- Working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, experimenting with new approaches, and sharing learnings with the team
Snowflake emphasizes an AI-native, experimental mindset across the organization. You'll be expected to work in the office 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday) and must live within commuting distance of the Menlo Park office.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Passion for technology and software sales
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (preferred)
- Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (internal and external)
- Sense of urgency and strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, adapt to management initiatives, and adopt a customer perspective
