You will join the sales development team as a Sales Development Representative focused on outbound prospecting and lead qualification. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you will research target accounts, develop personalized outreach strategies, and qualify leads to determine fit for the Culture Amp platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and crafting personalized outreach to target accounts
- Using phone, email, and social tools to connect with prospects
- Qualifying prospects and booking conversations with Sales Executives
- Receiving continuous training and coaching from mentors and peers
- Collaborating with local marketing leads on regional and virtual event follow-up
This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne, requiring 2 days per week in the Richmond office and 3 days working from home.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an outbound sales role
- Strong desire to be in sales with a hunter mentality
- Comfort with cold calling
- Eagerness for coaching and passion for developing sales skills
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Deep curiosity and passion for people and culture
