Kikoff is a profitable, pre-IPO fintech company on a mission to empower financial security at scale. The company has achieved record revenue growth in 2025 with a unicorn valuation and serves millions of users through products focused on credit building, liquidity access, and savings.
You will manage a Sales Development team of approximately six SDRs split across two distinct outbound motions in Kikoff's new Phoenix office:
1. **Enterprise Sales Development**: High-volume, targeted outbound (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to strategic prospects including financial institutions, lenders, fintech platforms, gig economy companies, and consumer businesses. The goal is to book qualified meetings with decision makers for Kikoff's Enterprise platform, which offers credit-building products, bureau furnishing, decline recovery, dispute management, decisioning, and credit progression infrastructure.
2. **Kikoff Ambassadors**: High-volume outbound to small businesses (credit repair, debt relief, mortgage brokers, auto dealers) to sign them as affiliate partners who refer their customers to Kikoff, improving customer retention while unlocking access to financial products.
Kikoff piloted both teams with a third-party provider and is now building in-house. You'll inherit an established playbook and early traction, responsible for scaling it into a high-performing team.
