Atom is an AI-native premium domain marketplace helping startups and established businesses secure strong brand names and move faster toward success. The platform combines curated, world-class brandable domains with intelligent discovery tools, supporting the entire naming journey from idea generation through trademark support and brand monitoring.
You will own the partnership program end-to-end, from prospecting and closing partners through technical integration and ongoing relationship management. This role sits at the intersection of business development and technical coordination. You'll spend most of your time hands-on hunting for partners, negotiating terms, and building the strategic vision for the program—deciding which partner types matter most, how integrations should be prioritized, and where the program goes next.
Key responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential SaaS and platform partners; owning the full outreach, follow-up, and negotiation cycle through signed partnership; coordinating with the tech team to scope integration requirements and manage onboarding; building partnership collateral such as technical one-pagers and onboarding guides; managing ongoing relationships with active partners including technical check-ins; tracking program performance and revisiting strategy periodically; and serving as the connective point between partners, Growth, and the tech team.
You should have 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a SaaS-adjacent client-facing role. You're comfortable discussing integration requirements and coordinating with technical teams, have strong written and verbal communication skills including negotiation, and can manage a full partnership lifecycle. You're self-directed with high ownership mindset and strong follow-through. Interest in SaaS, marketplaces, or technology partnerships is essential. Bonus experience includes API-based integrations, technical partnerships, or the domain/branding space.
This role offers end-to-end ownership of a partnership program with real technical scope, direct collaboration with tech and Growth leadership, influence over integration priorities and program strategy, and a clear path to grow into a larger partnerships or strategy function as the program scales.
