UiPath is seeking an RPA Developer II to join its Professional Services team in Bangalore. In this role, you will develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade automation workflows using the UiPath Automation Platform, working directly with customers and partners to unlock the full potential of RPA technology.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and coding automation workflows in UiPath Studio, leveraging modern coding agents like Autopilot
- Building and testing complex robots that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Providing solution architecture and technical guidance during POCs and implementation phases
- Developing custom activities and workflows using VB.NET and C#
- Overseeing end-to-end testing cycles and quality assurance
- Delivering technical training, demos, and ongoing support to clients
- Staying current with UiPath's latest releases, including generative AI capabilities and CLI tools
You should have a strong foundation in software development with 5+ years of IT industry experience and at least 2 years specifically working with UiPath. Deep expertise in the UiPath product suite is essential, including RE-framework, Orchestration Framework, Document Understanding, and the newer Agents and Coded Apps capabilities. Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or Python is required, along with familiarity with IDEs and version control.
Additional valuable experience includes mainframe automation, SAP, Citrix, document understanding with OCR, AI/ML integration, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and other RPA tools. UiPath certifications are preferred. You'll need excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and mentor junior developers on the team.
