UiPath is seeking an RPA Developer I to join its Professional Services team in Bangalore. In this role, you will develop, test, and deploy enterprise automation solutions using the UiPath platform, working directly with customers and partners to unlock the full potential of robotic process automation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and coding automation workflows in UiPath Studio, leveraging modern coding agents like Autopilot
- Building and testing world-class robots that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Providing solution architecture and technical guidance during proof-of-concept and implementation phases
- Developing custom workflows and activities using VB.NET and C#
- Managing end-to-end testing cycles and quality assurance
- Delivering technical training, demos, and ongoing support to clients
- Staying current with UiPath's latest releases, including generative AI capabilities and CLI tooling
You should bring 3+ years of IT industry experience with a strong coding background. Required skills include proficiency with UiPath's product suite (RE-framework, Orchestration Framework, Document Understanding), hands-on experience with LLMs and coding agents, and solid programming knowledge in VB.NET, C#, Python, Java, or similar languages. Experience with mainframe, SAP, or Citrix automation is valued. UiPath certification is preferred.
