Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion. The Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) team develops autonomous robotics systems including the Fury unmanned fighter jet and Barracuda family of advanced effects. The Vehicle Software team is seeking a Robotics Software Integration Engineer to build foundational vehicle software that supports autonomous systems from early concept simulation through first flight, live operations, and large-scale fleet management. You will collaborate across engineering disciplines on vehicle control, networking, sensor integration, and telemetry. Key responsibilities include architecting software test plans for aerospace and defense applications, implementing requirements-based verification strategies with emphasis on automated testing, and developing comprehensive test infrastructure. You will work with C/C++ and Python, apply risk-based testing approaches, manage requirements and defect tracking, and ensure configuration control across complex systems. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent; 4+ years software testing or related technical experience; expertise in requirements-based verification and automated test implementation; proficiency in C/C++ and Python; track record architecting aerospace/defense test plans; strong knowledge of requirements management, risk-based testing, defect tracking, and configuration control; eligibility for U.S. Top Secret security clearance. Preferred: experience standing up automated hardware-in-the-loop testing infrastructure; functional knowledge of mission autonomy for collaborative platforms including crewed/uncrewed teaming and formation flight; knowledge of data fusion from multiple sensor and track sources with distributed fusion principles understanding.
