Instawork is building the data infrastructure for physical AI by deploying skilled workers into real commercial and residential environments to capture high-fidelity task data that robotics labs use to train foundation models. This role bridges the gap between world-class robotics companies, Instawork's labor marketplace, and thousands of partner businesses.
As a Global Robotics Partnership Associate, you will execute full-cycle partner acquisition for robotics training data partnerships. Working directly with the CEO and Head of Robotics, you will identify and sign global partners who need Instawork's technology to capture and structure robotic training datasets. Your responsibilities include building outbound pipeline via cold outreach, email, and LinkedIn; qualifying and closing partnership deals; and ensuring successful integration of Instawork's operations and technology with partner organizations.
This is a high-velocity, high-ownership role requiring 60+ hours per week and extensive global travel to partner sites. You will own the entire partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through data collection and delivery. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in partnerships, business development, sales development, or inside sales, with demonstrated experience owning deals beyond initial qualification. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast with incomplete information, and have a founder mindset with bias for action. You're comfortable with high pressure, fast iteration, and taking ownership without waiting for permission.
