Sereact is building AI-powered perception and control systems for industrial robots in warehouses and factories. We're seeking a Robotics Engineer to develop software for mobile manipulators, focusing on motion planning, perception, and real-world task execution.
You'll own the full stack of robotic system development: designing algorithms for path planning, trajectory optimization, and collision avoidance; implementing sensor fusion and localization; and integrating hardware (arms, grippers, sensors) with software platforms like ROS 2. You'll work with perception systems including cameras, LiDAR, and depth sensors, and apply machine learning techniques to improve task execution in dynamic environments.
Key responsibilities include developing and deploying production-grade robotic software, optimizing system performance for real-time operation, troubleshooting hardware-software integration issues, and researching state-of-the-art robotics methods. You'll collaborate closely with hardware engineers and multidisciplinary teams to push the boundaries of what robots can achieve in industrial settings.
Required: 3+ years developing robotic systems or automation platforms, strong experience with ROS 2, Gazebo, and simulation environments, hands-on work with perception systems, proficiency in Python and C++, and knowledge of kinematics, dynamics, and system modeling. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. The role requires >50% travel willingness.
Sereact offers flexible working hours, work-from-home options, gym membership, and a motivated, open culture with competitive compensation and strong career development.
