Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 / annual
Mark43 is seeking a Public Safety RMS Consultant to join its Services team. This customer-facing role focuses on Records Management System (RMS) products and workflows for public safety agencies. You will oversee configuration and business process analysis across diverse public safety agencies, working with products including Reporting, Case Management, Evidence, and Warrants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate in a consultative capacity to define and test product features, workflows, and technical configurations for each agency
- Oversee end-to-end RMS implementation, configuration, and business process analysis
- Train agencies on best practices with the Mark43 RMS product suite and guide change management and product adoption
- Establish processes to deliver RMS workstream best practices across all Mark43 customers
- Oversee end-to-end testing of RMS workstreams, integrations, and hardware components
- Work with stakeholders to guide change management best practices and ensure successful feature deployment
- Gather product feedback and collaborate with the Product team on development priorities
- Vet customer workflows to support growth and downstream planning
- Collaborate with project managers on key metrics, risks, and staffing/budgeting needs
- Partner with the Training team to update training materials
This role requires at least 50% travel. You will work cross-functionally across the Deployments team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as a product consultant or public safety employee with focus on RMS
- Experience developing, communicating, and training on workflows and best practices
- Strong communication skills with ability to create buy-in across diverse user groups and lead change management
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Ability to quickly learn new features and determine benefits for various user groups
- Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking ability
- Willingness to be hands-on during planning and delivery
- Must be authorized to work in the country of hire; visa sponsorship not available
