DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform that automates accounting from data entry to close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs including Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, and Google Ventures, and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies. In this role, you own the front end of DualEntry's technology partnerships motion. You will manage partner conversations from initial outreach through to a complete integration package that the engineering team can build against. Your partners' integrations ship in the product and are used daily by controllers, CFOs, and accountants. The role starts focused on Technology partnerships and expands into Advisory, Private Equity, and Solution Providers as you prove the motion. You will be measured on two key metrics: how quickly and consistently you move partners through the milestones that convert cold conversations into live integrations, and the closed-won revenue those partnerships generate. You'll manage 20+ concurrent partner conversations, maintaining momentum and clarity across all of them. DualEntry emphasizes early-stage growth and high-trust culture. You'll have direct influence on product decisions, work in a high-speed environment with high expectations, and benefit from significant equity ownership in what the company describes as one of the top AI companies in the world. The team is led by Caelahn Bullen, who built the partnerships function from zero and established the company's 4-channel taxonomy and attribution infrastructure in his first 8 weeks. REQUIREMENTS: - A couple of years of experience in outbound, business development, or account executive work - Account executives looking to transition into partnerships are especially well-suited - Scrappy and tenacious; ability to find a way in when there isn't one - Comfortable managing 20+ concurrent partner conversations without losing track - Curious about software integration and APIs (coding skills not required) NICE TO HAVE: - Fintech, SaaS, or B2B partnerships experience - Familiarity with HubSpot, Crossbeam, or PRM tools - Ability to hold your own in first-pass NDA or MSA conversations
