Salary: USD 80,000 - 108,000 / annual
NRC Health is seeking an RFP Manager to own and drive the Request for Proposal process from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and coordinating RFP responses for clients and prospects across NRC Health's suite of healthcare products and solutions.
You will provide leadership and coordination of responses to specific bids, working with a diverse group of staff from multiple functional areas including executive and senior management, growth, operations, marketing, security, finance, and others throughout the proposal process. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of the RFP lifecycle: assisting sales associates with client-facing communications, creating enterprise-level proposal documents, and managing final submission to clients. Proposals will follow client guidelines and may be presented in multiple formats (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF) and submitted via email, printed and shipped, or through customer proposal systems.
You will also oversee management of the RFP Knowledge Base and resources, including compiling existing language from the Responsive knowledge management system, creating new language in coordination with product and marketing teams, and maintaining standard templates. This includes ensuring responses are regularly reviewed for accuracy by subject matter experts, setting up internal collaborators to contribute to responses, and tagging and categorizing responses to improve efficiency on future RFPs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience writing technical proposals
- Healthcare industry and software solutions experience preferred
- Experience with Responsive.io response management software is a plus
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and writing skills
- Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Highly skilled in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Self-driven project manager capable of coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to drive outside contributors to meet deadlines
- Thrives in collaborative work environments
