Salary: USD 87,000 - 110,000 / annual
Flywire is seeking an RFP Manager to own the end-to-end proposal delivery process for clients across their global verticals. This role is central to the go-to-market engine and offers the opportunity to modernize and scale the RFP motion using AI, automation, and process innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete proposal lifecycle from RFP receipt through final submission, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, authoring responses, and ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment
- Manage RFP tracking, timelines, and workflows to maintain visibility, drive proactive communication, and ensure on-time delivery against internal SLAs
- Develop high-quality proposal content by understanding client requirements, crafting compelling win responses, and connecting Flywire's product capabilities to client needs
- Champion AI and automation improvements across the RFP lifecycle; optimize tools (including Claude), identify opportunities to scale content and drafting workflows, and reduce manual effort and turnaround times
- Build and enhance the RFP content library; identify emerging trends and patterns to improve response strategy, strengthen operational efficiency, and share learnings across the team
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll gain deep product knowledge, client insights, and business acumen. You'll work with cutting-edge tools from day one and have the opportunity to shape how Flywire operates.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination/management, business operations, proposal writing, or client-facing roles
- Passion and genuine curiosity for leveraging AI and automation to transform workflows; comfort experimenting with tools like Claude
- "Figure it out" mentality with ability to challenge assumptions and find better ways of working; interest in building from the ground up
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders; willingness to quickly learn e-procurement platforms
- Analytical skills and ability to learn from RFP trends; strategic thinking will develop on the job with mentorship and real-world exposure
- Exceptional content development and editing abilities with strong attention to detail and skill to translate complex information into clear, compelling responses
