As RFP & Bid Manager for AI Solutions, you will lead end-to-end response processes for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and compelling proposals. You will coordinate inputs from sales, product, engineering, legal, security, and delivery teams to craft cohesive, client-focused responses that meet customer requirements and deadlines with zero tolerance for compliance gaps.
Key responsibilities include:
**RFP & Bid Management:** Lead the complete response process for all RFP submissions. Coordinate cross-functional inputs to develop high-quality proposals. Maintain a library of reusable RFP content covering AI capabilities, technical architecture, security, and compliance documentation.
**Commercial Deal Support:** Partner with GTM leadership to structure scalable AI solutions aligned with pricing models and client needs. Support creation of Statements of Work, delivery plans, resource assumptions, cost models, and commercial frameworks.
**Cross-Functional Coordination:** Act as the central hub between GTM/Sales, Product, Engineering/Research, Legal & Compliance, and Delivery/Professional Services. Ensure proposals accurately reflect product capabilities, roadmap alignment, and client expectations.
You will play a pivotal role in Mistral's expansion across the Middle East and Africa region, where RFP volume and complexity are increasing significantly.
Ideal candidates have proven track records in RFP/bid management, preferably in AI, tech, or public sector environments. Experience with Middle Eastern and European RFPs (EU Institutions, National Governments) is highly valued. You should be detail-oriented, collaborative, strategic, and adaptable to fast-paced, high-growth environments. Familiarity with public sector tenders, AI/cloud/enterprise software backgrounds, and fluency in English plus Arabic or French are advantageous.
