Xendit is a Southeast Asian payment infrastructure platform processing millions of transactions monthly for SMEs and enterprises. The company is backed by top-tier VCs and Y Combinator, and is expanding across Greater China and LATAM. The RevOps Systems team owns Salesforce and the integrated ecosystem powering Xendit's revenue engine. This hands-on administrator role is dedicated to keeping the Salesforce platform and all connected systems healthy and continuously improving. You will be the day-to-day owner of the GTM platform, performing basic systems configuration and leading Continuous Improvement (CI) as a structured sprint cadence rather than ad hoc ticket management. You'll run CI sprint planning and prioritization, resolve declarative work directly (Flow, validation rules, page layouts, reports, permission sets), and package anything requiring custom development for the two Salesforce Engineers. You'll work closely with the CRM Transformation Lead and Engineers to maintain predictable platform enhancement rhythm. Key responsibilities include: leading CI sprints with backlog ownership and co-running sprint cadence; performing Salesforce configuration including Flow Builder automation, validation rules, permission sets, sharing rules, page layouts, and reports/dashboards; managing integrated sales tools (DealOps, Gong.io, DocuSign, Spotdraft) post-implementation; triaging and scoping enhancement requests from Sales, CS, Finance, and other stakeholders; maintaining platform health through data quality and user access monitoring; partnering with Salesforce Engineers on custom development handoffs and UAT; supporting larger project rollouts; and maintaining documentation and governance. Success in the first 6 months means CI runs on predictable sprint cadence with groomed backlog and visible velocity; the majority of CI tickets are resolved through direct configuration without Engineer involvement; Salesforce Engineers report measurable time savings freed for project work; configuration standards and change logs are documented; and integrated sales tools are successfully taken over post-deployment. This is a full-time position offering flexible work options (remote/hybrid) in accordance with Xendit's current workplace policies. Requirements: - 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar hands-on platform administration role - Hands-on proficiency with declarative Salesforce configuration (Flow Builder, validation rules, permission sets and sharing rules, page layouts, reports and dashboards) - Experience running or contributing to sprint-based delivery (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retros) - Comfortable triaging and prioritizing a live queue of enhancement requests from multiple stakeholders - Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain configuration trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and write specs engineers can build from - Comfortable operating with a small team, holding ambiguity, and making prioritization calls independently - Experience performing systems configuration for Salesforce integrated 3rd party platforms - Comfortable and proactive in engaging 3rd party vendor CSMs during implementation of new enhancements Preferred qualifications: - Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience - Experience with agile/backlog tooling (Jira, Asana, Linear) and running sprint or Kanban-style delivery cadences - Exposure to RevOps or GTM processes (lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, billing/collections workflows) - Prior experience in fintech, payments, or another regulated, fast-scaling environment
