Founded in 2015 and backed by top-10 VCs, Xendit is expanding across Greater China and LATAM. The RevOps Systems team owns Salesforce and the integrated ecosystem powering Xendit's revenue engine. This hands-on administrator role focuses on keeping the Salesforce platform and connected systems healthy and continuously improving. You will be the day-to-day owner of the GTM platform, performing basic systems configuration and leading Continuous Improvement (CI) as a structured sprint cadence rather than ad hoc ticket management. Key responsibilities include: - Lead CI sprints with the CRM Transformation Lead, managing the backlog, planning, prioritization, and review to establish predictable platform enhancement rhythm - Perform Salesforce configuration: Flow Builder automation, validation rules, permission sets and sharing rules, page layouts, reports and dashboards - Manage integrated sales tools (DealOps, Gong.io, DocuSign, Spotdraft) post-implementation, performing basic configuration and vendor engagement - Triage and scope enhancement requests from Sales, CS, Finance, and other stakeholders; resolve declarative work directly and write specs for custom development - Monitor platform health: data quality, user access, adoption; proactively flag risks and technical debt - Partner with Salesforce Engineers on CI sprint coordination, handoffs, and UAT - Support larger project rollouts with configuration, testing, and UAT assistance - Maintain documentation and governance to prevent knowledge silos You'll work closely with the CRM Transformation Lead and two Salesforce Engineers, keeping the platform moving with predictable rhythm. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–5 years as a Salesforce Administrator or similar hands-on platform administration role - Hands-on proficiency with declarative Salesforce configuration (Flow Builder, validation rules, permission sets, sharing rules, page layouts, reports, dashboards) - Experience running or contributing to sprint-based delivery (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retros) - Ability to triage and prioritize live queues of enhancement requests from multiple stakeholders - Clear written and verbal communication; can explain configuration trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and write engineer-ready specs - Comfortable operating with small teams, holding ambiguity, and making independent prioritization decisions - Experience performing systems configuration for Salesforce-integrated third-party platforms - Proactive engagement with third-party vendor CSMs during implementation of new enhancements PREFERRED: - Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience - Experience with agile/backlog tooling (Jira, Asana, Linear) and sprint or Kanban delivery cadences - Exposure to RevOps or GTM processes (lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, billing/collections workflows) - Prior experience in fintech, payments, or regulated, fast-scaling environments
