Xendit is a Southeast Asian payment infrastructure platform processing millions of transactions monthly for SMEs and enterprises. The company provides APIs, eCommerce integrations, and applications for payments, marketplace operations, payroll disbursement, loans, KYC solutions, and fraud prevention. Founded in 2015 and backed by top-tier VCs including Y Combinator, Xendit is expanding across Greater China and LATAM. The RevOps Systems team owns Salesforce and the integrated ecosystem powering Xendit's revenue engine. This hands-on administrator role focuses on keeping the Salesforce platform and connected systems healthy and continuously improving. You will be the day-to-day owner of the GTM platform, performing Salesforce configuration directly and leading Continuous Improvement (CI) as a structured sprint cadence rather than ad hoc ticket management. Key responsibilities include: • Lead CI sprints: own the backlog and co-run sprint planning, prioritization, and reviews with the CRM Transformation Lead to establish predictable platform enhancement rhythm. • Perform Salesforce configuration: build and maintain Flow Builder automation, validation rules, permission sets and sharing rules, page layouts, and reports/dashboards. • Manage integrated sales tools: maintain Salesforce-connected platforms (DealOps, Gong.io, DocuSign, Spotdraft) post-implementation, perform basic configuration, and engage vendor CSMs as needed. • Triage enhancement requests: intake requests from Sales, CS, Finance, and other stakeholders; resolve declarative work independently and write clear specs for custom development. • Maintain platform health: monitor data quality, user access, and adoption; proactively flag risks and technical debt. • Partner with Salesforce Engineers: keep CI sprints unblocked, coordinate handoffs on custom development, and run UAT on shipped features. • Support project delivery: assist on larger rollouts with configuration, testing, and UAT support. • Maintain documentation and governance: document configurations, processes, and decisions to prevent knowledge silos. Success in the first six months means CI runs on predictable sprint cadence with a groomed backlog, the majority of CI tickets are resolved through direct configuration without Engineer involvement, Salesforce Engineers report measurable time savings on triage, configuration standards and change logs are documented, and integrated sales tools are successfully transitioned post-deployment. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum qualifications: • 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar hands-on platform administration role • Hands-on proficiency with declarative Salesforce configuration (Flow Builder, validation rules, permission sets and sharing rules, page layouts, reports and dashboards) • Experience running or contributing to sprint-based delivery (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retros) • Comfortable triaging and prioritizing a live queue of enhancement requests from multiple stakeholders • Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain configuration trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and write specs for engineers • Comfortable operating with a small team, holding ambiguity, and making prioritization calls independently • Experience performing systems configuration for Salesforce-integrated third-party platforms • Comfortable and proactive in engaging third-party vendor CSMs during implementation of new enhancements Preferred qualifications: • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience • Experience with agile/backlog tooling (Jira, Asana, Linear) and sprint or Kanban-style delivery cadences • Exposure to RevOps or GTM processes (lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, billing/collections workflows) • Prior experience in fintech, payments, or another regulated, fast-scaling environment
