Salary: USD 87,000 - 110,000 / annual
Flywire is seeking a RevOps Specialist – AI & Proposals to own the end-to-end delivery of competitive proposals and drive modernization of the RFP motion using AI and automation. This role sits at the intersection of operations, client success, and emerging technology, offering early exposure to cutting-edge tools and the opportunity to shape how the company operates.
You will manage the complete proposal lifecycle from RFP receipt through final submission, coordinating across cross-functional teams, authoring high-quality responses, and ensuring consistency and on-time delivery. You'll maintain RFP trackers, timelines, and workflows to provide visibility and proactive communication. Your responsibilities include developing compelling proposal content by understanding client requirements and connecting Flywire's product capabilities to client needs.
A key part of this role is championing AI and automation improvements across the RFP lifecycle. You'll optimize the toolkit (including Claude), identify opportunities to scale content and drafting workflows, and continuously find ways to reduce manual effort and turnaround times. You'll also build and enhance the RFP content library, identify emerging trends and patterns, and use these insights to improve response strategy and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination/management, business operations, proposal writing, or client-facing roles
- Passion and genuine curiosity for leveraging AI/automation to transform workflows; comfort experimenting with tools like Claude
- "Figure it out" mentality with ability to challenge assumptions and find better ways of working; interest in building from the ground up
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders; willingness to learn e-procurement platforms
- Analytical skills and ability to learn from RFP trends; strategic thinking developed on the job with mentorship
- Exceptional content development and editing abilities with strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling responses
