Flagler Health is building a clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care, partnering with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to improve operations, efficiency, and patient outcomes. The company recently closed a $50M Series B and is scaling rapidly. As Revenue Operations Manager, you will own the systems, data, and processes that power Flagler's revenue engine. You will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to deliver clean data, clear pipeline visibility, and tools that accelerate deal velocity. Key responsibilities include: - Administering the CRM and go-to-market tech stack, from configuration to data hygiene - Building and maintaining pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting that leadership trusts - Defining and documenting revenue processes connecting Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing - Partnering with Finance on targets, quota and territory planning, and revenue reporting - Analyzing funnel and retention data to identify what's working and where deals are lost - Managing lead routing, handoffs, and rules that keep records accurate across systems - Evaluating, implementing, and integrating new tools; retiring those that don't add value - Running dashboards and cadences for weekly pipeline and forecast reviews You will turn messy inputs into trusted reporting and forecasts, and identify and eliminate friction that slows deals down. REQUIREMENTS: - 4–7 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or closely related analytical role - Hands-on experience administering a CRM and surrounding go-to-market tools - Strong analytical skills; comfortable turning raw data into clear reporting and recommendations - Track record of building processes and reporting that go-to-market teams actually adopt - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills PREFERRED: - Healthtech and enterprise experience - Experience at high-growth or Series B stage company, building operations from the ground up - Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and data warehouses - Experience with quota, territory, and incentive-compensation planning
