Salary: USD 100,000 - 117,000 / annual
Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries including food, mining, and transport. This role owns the end-to-end onboarding and buildout of enterprise kitchen spaces within Atoms' Delivery Hubs and Cloudkitchen network.
You will serve as the connective tissue between internal teams (City GM, Facility Manager, Design, Construction, Onboarding) and external stakeholders (contractors, licensees, health departments). Key responsibilities include:
**Design & Consulting**: Partner with enterprise clients to design efficient, scalable kitchen layouts that maximize function with minimal customization. Translate typical operations into prototype solutions that scale across the growing network.
**Onboarding & Buildout**: Own post-occupancy scope including permits, equipment layout, and construction. Manage space planning (kitchen floor plans incorporating licensee food service equipment), source and schedule tenant improvements, conduct light construction administration, and manage building permits for major work.
**Stakeholder Management**: Coordinate across internal teams and external contractors. Partner with operators on health permitting approvals and track regulatory compliance.
**Customer Experience**: Own the client experience throughout the entire design and construction phase of onboarding into the DeliveryHub and Cloudkitchen network.
**Financial Management**: Manage all tenant improvement (TI) expenditures through AP/AR processes.
**Growth & Process**: Take on regional projects and new initiatives while helping shape and scale the function as the team grows.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Austin. The team works onsite five days per week.
**Requirements:**
- 4–6 years of experience in house project management, design, or construction administration for enterprise food, retail, or service industry
- Strong stakeholder management: ability to manage expectations, influence others with different goals, stay organized
- Excellent communications: precise, detail-oriented, highly responsive, strong verbal and written skills
- High ownership mentality: strong follow-through (managing unreliable contractors), attention to detail, reliability
- Analytical and creative problem-solving: critical thinking, data-driven approach, ability to tackle complex problems
