Inspira Education Group is a fast-growing edtech startup backed by leading venture capital firms including Zeev Ventures, Quiet Capital, and Craft Ventures. The company operates as the world's leading network of top admissions coaches in medical, legal, business, and college studies, combining software and services to democratize access to high-quality coaching and disrupt traditional application processes.
You will join the revenue operations team as a Revenue Systems Manager, playing a key role in scaling Inspira's revenue funnel and operational infrastructure. This is a hands-on position requiring 5 days per week in the NYC office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and student success teams to enhance operational excellence and implement scalable processes
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand operational needs and improve existing workflows
- Manage HubSpot CRM administration, ensuring data accuracy and enabling DTC sales motions
- Lead attribution infrastructure including UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and ad platform integration
- Integrate platforms such as GTM, GA4, HubSpot, and third-party tools (webinar platforms, Outgrow, etc.)
- Educate teams on process changes and system updates with strong change management
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation to facilitate decision-making
- Drive process improvement and adoption across the sales funnel
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and support special projects as needed

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Success Operations, or similar role
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams on strategic initiatives
- Startup environment experience, ideally with teams of fewer than 50 employees
- Strong knowledge of sales and customer success disciplines
- Solid functional understanding of HubSpot CRM with robust experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Excellent analytical thinking skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, manageable components
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities
- Project or program management experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to balance measurable outcomes with empathy for people and the business
- Flexible, proactive team player with high energy and humility
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and work hands-on
