Anthropic is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations professional to build and lead the commercial operations function for Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. As the first hire for this team in the region, you will be the trusted advisor to regional sales leadership on business planning, execution, and scaling across a diverse set of markets—from the region's largest enterprises and business groups to its fastest-growing technology companies.
You will own go-to-market strategy for the region, including annual and quarterly planning with sales leadership and Finance, setting targets, territories, and sales capacity. You'll design how the company segments and covers the multi-country market, from large enterprises operating across borders to fast-growing tech companies. You'll align leadership on market prioritization and coverage decisions, shape partner and reseller strategies, and provide independent analysis of business performance, pipeline, and consumption across markets with clear recommendations.
You will establish and own the operating rhythm of the region—weekly forecasts, monthly and quarterly business reviews—making these forums places where decisions get made. You'll represent the region with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Finance, Marketing, and Partnerships, keeping plans aligned with Asia-Pacific and the broader company. You'll advise regional and Asia-Pacific leadership through planning sessions and performance reviews, influencing decisions across teams you don't manage by bringing structure to ambiguous problems and building the case for action.
Operationally, you'll own the region's commercial governance—account and territory decisions, planning inputs, and data standards—working with the global Revenue Operations team. You'll land global programs, processes, and tools in the region and serve as the region's voice back to headquarters when changes are needed. You'll keep the commercial engine running smoothly across multi-country, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of enterprise software in Southeast Asia.
You'll start as a senior individual contributor with the opportunity to build and lead a small team as the region scales. You'll report to the head of Revenue Strategy & Operations for Asia-Pacific (based in Sydney) and work day-to-day alongside sales leaders in Singapore, with regular travel within the region. You'll use Claude daily to amplify your impact and work as a much larger team.
This role suits a structured thinker comfortable with ambiguity—someone who can turn open questions into clear recommendations and get leaders aligned behind them. You'll work closely with Strategy & Operations peers in Australia, Japan, Korea, and India.
**Requirements:**
8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software, including several years leading sales strategy, revenue operations, or commercial go-to-market work as an advisor to a sales leader—ideally across multiple Southeast Asian markets. Demonstrated structured thinking with a track record of turning ambiguous, open-ended problems into options, recommendations, and decisions. Strong analytical depth: ability to move from raw data to recommendations independently and identify the three key numbers leaders need to see. Proven ownership of annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and business reviews for enterprise sales teams covering multiple countries. Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and data—reports, dashboards, and independent analysis; you use systems yourself rather than administering them. Presence and judgment with senior sales leadership and C-level stakeholders, including confidence to deliver unwelcome recommendations and a track record of driving decisions across teams you don't manage. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and at pace; able to build processes while running them. Record of advising regional leadership on go-to-market strategy and getting the organization aligned. Must be based in Singapore with fluent English.
Strong candidates may also have management consulting experience (strategy or operations), track record of scaling sales organizations through 3x+ growth in B2B software including expansion into new markets, experience building and leading small teams or clear readiness to do so, go-to-market experience with partners/resellers/cloud marketplaces in the region, Chief of Staff or Business Operations experience supporting regional leadership, or professional proficiency in one or more regional languages in addition to English.
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience in a field relevant to the role.
