FlixBus is seeking a Revenue & Pricing Specialist to join its Revenue Management Team in Mexico City. In this role, you will take commercial responsibility for assigned markets and drive business success through data-driven pricing strategies, demand steering, forecasting, and market analysis.
Key responsibilities include managing demand independently with guidance from your Team Lead, defining pricing and revenue strategies based on demand patterns and competitor actions, customizing prices and inventory control, and monitoring the impact of pricing decisions through customer bookings and conversion rates. You will analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor pricing to determine optimal strategies, serve as the main point of contact with Country or Regional Commercial Teams, and collaborate closely with Network Planning, Business Development, and other internal teams to align revenue management strategies with broader business objectives. Additionally, you will participate in developing pricing systems and own projects to optimize processes and support new features across the Revenue Management domain.
You should hold a degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or a similar field, with experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or related areas. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, solid understanding of numbers and business performance, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) are essential. You must demonstrate personal initiative, resilience, self-driven and goal-oriented work attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Fluency in English is required.
