Sportradar, a NASDAQ-listed sports technology leader, is seeking a Revenue Planning and Performance Analytics Specialist to join its Financial Planning & Analysis organization. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Performance & Planning, you will serve as the primary performance auditor of commercial outcomes across the company's global business. In this role, you will move beyond surface-level reporting to interrogate revenue performance data and identify the underlying drivers that management must focus on. You will translate complex technical and commercial data into clear, compelling narratives that drive business decisions. Your core responsibilities include: • Conducting deep-dive analyses into revenue beats or misses to distinguish between one-time windfalls and structural trends • Leading commercial counterparts through forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure submissions are robust and logically sound • Pressure-testing revenue forecasts by interrogating inputs that feed the global P&L to ensure achievability and actionability • Creating business models for complex topics such as pricing elasticity and market entry costs • Building automated revenue reporting using advanced analytical tools on top of data warehouse and billing datasets • Identifying and dismantling broken assumptions in commercial plans, rebuilding them into actionable frameworks You will be a "fixer" who excels at untangling messy data problems and providing the "so-what" analysis that others miss. The role requires someone who asks smart questions, refuses to accept surface-level explanations, and values the strength of a plan over the speed of its delivery. Sportradar is targeting 15% revenue CAGR while consistently expanding margin and cash conversion. The company operates in an industry where AI is redefining fan engagement, requiring finance leaders to combine financial discipline with commercial acumen and advanced analytics. The company offers a collaborative, global environment with offices in Europe, Asia, and the US; flexible working hours and autonomy; inclusive community groups; global employee assistance; and access to wellness apps and online training. REQUIREMENTS: • 3–5 years of experience in multidisciplinary finance, analytics, and/or consulting roles • High proficiency in either commercial finance or commercial analytics • MBA or relevant master's degree preferred • Essential technical skills: SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and AI agents knowledge • Highly valued: Python or n8n/workflow automation experience • Accountability mindset—prioritizing plan strength over delivery speed
