Kojo is a construction technology company transforming how commercial construction companies buy materials. Founded in 2018, Kojo is one of the fastest-growing construction tech companies globally, addressing a $10 trillion industry where materials procurement has seen little innovation in 70 years. You will be the first point of contact for Kojo's Sales and Customer Success teams' Salesforce and RevOps requests. Your core responsibility is building custom quotes and order forms for non-standard deals—co-termed expansions, split payment schedules, multi-year prepayments, module-level contracts, amendments, and other complex agreements. You'll generate order forms, edit them where templates don't apply, and route them through DocuSign quickly and correctly. Beyond custom quotes, you'll manage the broader RevOps queue: account ownership and routing changes, duplicate merges, Salesforce fixes, data questions, and tool troubleshooting. You'll report to the Revenue Operations Coordinator and work together to resolve requests directly, escalate deeper Salesforce work, and identify patterns to prevent recurring issues. Key responsibilities include: - Efficiently shipping custom quotes and order forms, handling complex deal structures (co-terms with prorations, custom payment schedules, multi-entity contracts, riders, credits) and ensuring same-day turnaround when needed. - Diagnosing and fixing quote and DocuSign issues—syncing problems, missing details, pricing errors, signature field issues—and working with the Coordinator to update Salesforce or guide reps on prevention. - Maintaining the approval layer by understanding Kojo's deal policies, keeping approval status accurate, and confirming proper approvals before envelopes go out. - Triaging and resolving the broader queue: account changes, credits, merges, field tweaks, user access, renewal discrepancies, cancellations, and tool questions. - Post-signature record management: ensuring Salesforce matches signed agreements on term dates, amounts, products, and credits; verifying renewal opportunities exist; keeping cancellations and amendments clean. - Identifying recurring patterns in the queue and creating business requirements to reduce future incidence, working with the Coordinator to implement template fixes, fields, validation rules, flows, or self-serve guides. You'll work 100% remotely across North and South America, with at least four hours of daily overlap with US Central time and flexibility during the final week of each quarter. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of revenue operations, deal desk, sales operations, order management, or Salesforce support experience at a B2B SaaS company where quotes, orders, or Salesforce requests came to you. - Hands-on Salesforce fluency: deep knowledge of the Opportunity → Quote → Product data model, comfort with reports, list views, and bulk updates, and real configuration experience (fields, picklists, validation rules, page layouts, simple flows) in a production org. Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience required. - DocuSign expertise beyond the send button: templates, merge fields and tabs, routing, reminders, and expiry. DocuSign for Salesforce or Gen for Salesforce experience is a strong advantage. - Contract math as a reflex: prorations, co-terms, day counts, split payment schedules, multi-year totals, with the habit of stating conventions before numbers. - Precision with documents: ability to edit order forms in Word so language, tables, and totals are exactly right, with attention to detail. - Precise written English; spoken English sufficient for daily working sessions with the team. - Queue temperament: organized, quick to acknowledge and close the loop, able to communicate delays with reasons and fastest paths forward. - Based in Latin America with at least four hours of daily overlap with US Central time and flexibility in the final week of each quarter. NICE TO HAVE: - Admin exposure to GTM tools around Salesforce (Chili Piper, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong). - Exposure to how signed contracts become invoices (Stripe or similar billing platforms). - Experience turning a recurring manual request into a template, automation, or how-to. - Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, or industrial markets.
