Healthtech-1 is building the front door of UK healthcare, creating transparent and instantly bookable NHS appointments powered by AI. The company operates from within a working GP practice in East London and is backed by Y Combinator, Innovate UK, and the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme. Today, 26% of GP practices in England use their patient registration software, and one in five GP practices in London use Bookable. As Revenue Operations Manager, you will own the tooling and data infrastructure that enables Healthtech-1 to scale across the NHS. This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role (not people management) where you will work closely with GTM teams to deploy internal tooling with AI, turn Attio into the source of truth, and build an intelligent GTM motion on top. Your four core objectives are: 1. Keep Systems and Data Running at a High Standard: Own and maintain Attio (CRM), including infrastructure, workflows, and data hygiene across accounts and products. Own all GTM tooling (Aircall, Calendly, Granola) and keep them running and improving. Build tooling yourself using AI (dashboards, maps). Run practice enrichment and data scraping pipelines to keep customer data current and usable. 2. Give the Team and Leadership Clear Visibility: Build and maintain dashboards tracking company growth, cycle targets, and product adoption. Own reporting on practice numbers and growth trends. Maintain deal tracking so leadership always has clear visibility on pipeline status. 3. Enable the Growth Team to Sell More: Treat the Growth team as your customer. Build and maintain quality lead lists for Account Executives. Support AEs with operational queries, targets, and tooling. Help new growth hires ramp faster through better tooling and playbooks. 4. Drive Operational Improvement: Find and build automations and workflow improvements that save the team time. Spot friction in how the growth team operates and fix it. Actively look for ways to help the team drive more revenue. One week you might be rolling up your sleeves with the growth team to identify what they need to hit targets and build internal tooling with AI. The next week you might be deep in data, bringing company-wide data sources together to aid growth strategy planning—for example, identifying high-demand areas in the marketplace where supply needs to increase. This is a fast-moving healthtech environment where accuracy, speed, and proactivity all matter simultaneously. You'll be working 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH (anchor days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). The company prioritizes in-person communication and prefers candidates who want to work 4+ days a week in the office. Homemade breakfast and lunch are provided daily when in the office. The company operates in 8-week growth cycles: 1 week outside of Business-as-Usual for research, strategy, and planning; 7 weeks to deliver. The team is highly collaborative and works autonomously within a high-trust environment. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years in a revenue operations role in an early-stage startup, where you've owned systems, data, and process improvement - Experience with Attio or similar CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) - Great with AI: you know how to leverage AI well while thoroughly checking accuracy - Detail-oriented: obsessed with detail and CRM being the source of truth - Love data: can build dashboards, spot trends, and make data useful for decision-making - Proactive problem solver: don't wait for someone to flag a problem; find and fix it end-to-end - Bias to action: ship improvements quickly rather than over-planning - Team player: low ego, approachable, feedback-oriented; get a kick from seeing your work's impact on the sales team - Clear communicator: keep stakeholders informed without being chased DESIRED TRAITS: - Comfortable with data scraping, enrichment tools, and light automation (Zapier, Make, scripts) - Experience building dashboards and reports (Metabase, Looker, Google Sheets) - Familiarity with sales tooling (Calendly, Aircall, or equivalents) - Experience writing operational playbooks or onboarding materials
