The Revenue Operations Lead is a senior individual contributor role owning the systems and reporting infrastructure that powers Modern Health's Go-To-Market organization. This position sits at the intersection of systems architecture, analytics, and program leadership, responsible for both maintaining GTM tooling and defining how it should evolve.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the RevOps systems roadmap, defining priorities, and making build/buy/defer tradeoffs
- Leading complex, cross-functional programs including system migrations, integrations, and automation initiatives from scoping through execution
- Designing, maintaining, and evolving the systems and reporting infrastructure that the GTM organization depends on
- Setting technical and operational direction for the Sales, CS, and GTM tech stack as the organization scales
- Establishing system standards and prioritizing the RevOps roadmap against business impact
- Leading automation and process improvements that remove friction from the revenue engine
- Serving as the trusted advisor to GTM leadership on data insights, system capabilities, and change requirements
Success is measured by business outcomes: improved retention, faster sales cycle times, higher data integrity, and increased operational capacity for supported teams. The role requires deep expertise in revenue operations systems, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead stakeholders across sales, customer success, and technical teams. Modern Health operates as a fully remote workforce with overlapping hours required; US-based team members outside Pacific time are expected to work at least six hours between 8 am and 5 pm PT daily.
