Counterpart is a management liability insurance platform modernizing workplace risk management for small businesses. We're seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Lead to optimize revenue streams, maximize profitability, and drive operational excellence across our go-to-market organization. You will own strategy and planning for our sales, engagement, and customer service processes, moving reporting from reactive to predictive by building dashboards that flag anomalies, forecast pipeline risk, and surface actionable next steps. You'll oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning, including productivity drivers and staffing/capacity plans aligned with company goals. You'll design and implement quota methodology and variable compensation structures that drive peak performance while meeting P&L objectives, leveraging AI-assisted analysis to pressure-test assumptions. Cross-functional alignment is critical: you'll use AI-assisted analysis to deliver market insights, competitive analysis, and forecast projections faster than traditional methods. You'll engage consistently with field, product, and technology leaders to optimize processes and results. You'll develop marketing operations processes that track campaign performance and ROIC, and orchestrate field, marketing, and operational alignment through documented workflows and communication optimization. Process optimization is a core responsibility. You'll build AI-powered workflows that compress cycle time, auto-route submissions, and surface actionable signals across the sales and retention cycle. You'll design integrations and automations across the tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, etc.) to reduce manual data entry and keep systems in sync. You'll also build controls and monitoring to ensure consistent system utilization. Finally, you'll evaluate and deploy AI tools—copilots, predictive models, workflow automation—that eliminate repetitive work, increase team capacity, and surface insights. You'll provide reporting and insights into performance drivers to internal and external stakeholders. You'll work directly with Tanner Hackett (CEO, founder of Button and Lazada), Tobias Schuler (Head of Data, former Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and data leader at QBE and Munich Re), and Kelly North (VP of Revenue), alongside a team of industry leaders building the future of insurance.
