Wispr AI is building the voice interface for computing. This is a founding role on the Revenue Operations team, reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations. You'll build the systems, processes, and AI-native workflows that power GTM at Wispr, working across product-led and sales-led motions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating cadence and planning: forecast, pipeline reviews, stage and hygiene discipline, territories, quotas, targets, capacity and coverage, segmentation, and headcount planning.
- Lead-to-pipeline ownership: design qualification, routing, and SLAs to move leads to reps efficiently, with self-serve paths for others. You own conversion and SLA metrics, partnering with engineering on implementation.
- Deal desk and quote-to-cash: establish deal structure, pricing and discount approvals, quoting processes, and handoff from closed-won to provisioned and billed.
- GTM data model: define what the revenue team needs from Salesforce and warehouse data (ClickHouse, dbt). You own the model and requirements; engineering owns the platform build.
- AI-native operations: rethink workflows from first principles and build them in code (versioned in repos). Deploy agentic workflows to handle enrichment, data hygiene, account research, list building, and meeting/deal processing.
- Funnel reporting and action: track conversion, pipeline generation, attainment, SLA, and retention in Hex and Salesforce, turning data into actionable insights.
- Team enablement: support rep onboarding, plays, and the prospect/customer journey.
You'll define what AI-native revenue operations looks like for the next generation, building the workflows and standards that scale Wispr's GTM.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in revenue or sales operations, or a technical GTM role, across product-led and sales-led motions
- Experience building ops from scratch on lean teams and owning outcomes across forecasting/planning, lead routing/enrichment, and core CRM processes
- Partnered across sales, CS, and marketing
- Understanding of how customers buy and genuine care for their experience; ideally prior customer-facing role
- Systems thinker, fluent with data, CRM, and modern GTM tooling
- Comfortable working with warehouse data (SQL, dbt)
- Technical background (CS, math, stats) is a common fit; don't need to be a platform engineer or Salesforce admin
- Ability to build with AI: use coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor), work in repos (git), and bring teams along
- Connect operational detail to revenue impact and advise leadership
- First-principles reasoning, strong opinions, fast testing, outcome ownership
