RapidWorks is seeking a Revenue Operations owner to consolidate and govern the systems holding customer data across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance. Currently, ownership is fragmented across multiple teams and an external development partner, causing data definitions to drift and inconsistent reporting. This role will be the single accountable owner of a unified customer record spanning first touch through renewal, support, and invoice.
The vision is a hub-and-spoke architecture with Salesforce as the system of record, integrated platforms as spokes with clearly owned field mappings, and a central data lake as the analytics layer. You will own the complete data governance and reporting architecture, including definitions behind customer and funnel metrics, data hygiene as a standing discipline, and the reporting layer that enables all GTM and finance leadership to reach the same conclusions from the same data.
Key responsibilities include: owning the Salesforce object model as a designed system; driving the hub-and-spoke buildout and migration to a central data lake; serving as the single point of contact for inbound requests across all revenue-facing teams; making master-data decisions (what constitutes a customer, how accounts map across systems); owning lead and account routing end-to-end with 100% automation accuracy; and building AI-assisted systems for ICP scoring, intent signal pipelines, and account prioritization.
AI is central to how this role operates. You will use LLM tooling to reconcile data across systems, classify and match records, draft documentation, and investigate discrepancies. You'll also build AI into business operations—from account research and outreach personalization to signal extraction and scoring—while ensuring data governance is the prerequisite for any downstream automation.
This role reports to the CFO by design and is hands-on: you'll write SOQL, build fields and dashboards, make data-model decisions, and own the request queue end-to-end rather than handing off requirements.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or comparable technical operations; deep Salesforce data fluency (object model, SOQL, cross-object formulas, reports); cross-system diagnostic instinct; integration experience (Salesforce syncs with adjacent platforms, field mapping, entity resolution); warehouse or data lake exposure (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery); AI fluency with LLMs in production for classification, extraction, summarization; governance discipline with documentation, versioning, and hygiene enforcement; and ownership under ambiguity.
