Linear is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to design and own the systems powering sales, success, and marketing teams. You'll drive productivity through automation, AI, and process improvement while scaling the company's product-led growth to product-led sales motion. The role spans hands-on system configuration (HubSpot, Salesforce, and adjacent tools) and strategic thinking about GTM processes, metrics, and outcomes. Key responsibilities include: increasing customer-facing team productivity through automation and AI; executing and scaling PLG→PLS motions; ideating new go-to-market approaches; enabling data-informed business decisions through analysis; maintaining cross-functional alignment; and designing scalable processes for sales, success, and marketing teams. You'll need 6+ years at a fast-growing SaaS company in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Systems roles. Required skills: deep expertise in GTM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent), fluency in GTM metrics (pipeline, conversion, segmentation, win rate, lifecycle), SQL and data literacy, and pragmatic judgment about where AI adds genuine value. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, translating business needs into scalable systems, and partnering effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership. Linear is a profitable, remote-first company founded in 2019, serving 40,000+ companies including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp. The team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia. This role is open to candidates in North America (east coast) or London, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. The company emphasizes deep focus, async collaboration, and intentional in-person connection through off-sites and occasional travel. Compensation includes competitive salary and equity with employee-friendly terms (early exercise, extended exercise windows), daily meal and coffee stipend, paid co-working space, health coverage, 5 weeks paid vacation plus local holidays, 4 months paid parental leave, and a paid month off after 4 years (recurring every 2 years).
