Second Front Systems, a defense-technology company, is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support the revenue engine across commercial, federal, and international sales motions. You will report to the Manager of Revenue Operations and work as part of a team led by the Director of Revenue Operations. Key responsibilities include: - Maintain pipeline data integrity by identifying missing fields, stale opportunities, and stage errors in Salesforce across all business units. - Build and own Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline, bookings, win rates, sales cycle length, renewals, and retention. - Prepare weekly forecast and pipeline review materials, track week-over-week changes, and flag at-risk deals. - Answer ad hoc analytical questions from Sales and leadership; identify trends and anomalies; provide clear recommendations. - Support deal desk and quote-to-cash processes by reviewing quotes and deal structures in DealHub and Salesforce for accuracy, approvals, and contract terms. - Conduct sales compensation administration, including quota tracking, crediting, monthly commission calculations, and reconciliation with Finance. - Document RevOps processes, identify manual work to automate, and support Salesforce improvements with the Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect. - Support annual planning activities including territory, capacity, and quota analysis; train GTM teams on tools and process changes. This is a high-visibility role with significant growth potential. Your work will directly power forecasts, dashboards, and compensation numbers that leadership and the board rely on. You'll gain broad exposure across forecasting, deal desk, sales compensation, and Salesforce, with direct mentorship and increasing ownership as the team scales. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, FP&A, or similar analytical role, ideally at a B2B software company. - Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and building clean, reusable models. - Ability to work effectively with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams while managing multiple competing priorities. - Curiosity and builder mindset; comfort asking why numbers look the way they do and seeking process improvements. - Hands-on Salesforce experience, including building reports and dashboards, working with opportunity data, and understanding object and field relationships. - Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-growing company; appetite to learn and take on increasing ownership. PREFERRED: - Salesforce Administrator certification(s) (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant). - Experience with DealHub or other CPQ tools and quote-to-cash workflows. - Sales compensation administration experience. - SQL or BI tool knowledge (Tableau, Looker, Power BI). - GovTech, defense, or public-sector software experience, including familiarity with federal contract vehicles and government fiscal cycles.
