Built Technologies is an AI-powered platform transforming real estate finance and construction. The company connects lenders (including top U.S. banks) with owners, developers, and contractors, powering 86,000 active projects valued at over $300 billion.
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be the operational backbone of Built's revenue organization, managing systems, data, and processes that enable Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support to operate with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run weekly pipeline reviews in Salesforce to identify stale opportunities, missing next steps, and forecast-impacting changes; work with account owners to resolve issues
- Coordinate handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Customer Success from lead through closed-won, invoicing, expansion, and renewal
- Review closed-won deals for documented approvals, signed terms, products, pricing, and revenue assumptions; resolve gaps before they impact forecasting or billing
- Reconcile opportunities, deal documentation, billing inputs, and financial reports to identify missing or inconsistent revenue streams
- Support invoice questions by validating billed amounts against contracts and tracking discrepancies through resolution
- Review existing dashboards and reports for sound definitions, accurate inputs, and business alignment; use AI to test assumptions and investigate anomalies
- Maintain forecast inputs and investigate differences between projected and actual bookings/revenue
- Document recurring processes, clarify ownership, and address delays or errors that slow deals, billing, and reporting
- Provide historical analysis and scenario support for territory, quota, and revenue planning
- Use automation and AI tools to reduce manual work, catch exceptions earlier, and improve recurring validation efficiency
You will operate with growing autonomy and help rethink how RevOps works as an AI-native function—using AI not just to speed existing tasks but to redesign workflows, automate repetitive work, surface insights, and create more intelligent, scalable operating models.
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, or related analytical/operational role, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or complex B2B revenue environments with exposure to the full customer lifecycle (pipeline through closed-won, billing, expansion, renewal)
- AI-native approach to operations: curiosity about how AI and automation can fundamentally improve work; ability to look beyond individual task acceleration to identify workflow redesign, automation, exception surfacing, and decision-quality improvements
- Process-improvement mindset: ability to notice recurring friction, unclear ownership, manual work, and information breakdowns; document current processes; identify root causes; recommend scalable solutions
- Demonstrated ownership and cross-functional follow-through: independent management of recurring operational processes and analytical work; coordination across Sales, Marketing, Deal Desk, Finance, and Customer Success; proactive gap resolution
- Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail: questioning definitions and assumptions; investigating anomalies; validating information against source data; distinguishing reporting issues from underlying business changes
- Ability to turn analysis into action: explaining what data reveals, why it matters, and what should happen next; clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders; follow-through on issue resolution
- Experience with Salesforce and Gong for pipeline management, customer insights, and sales strategy
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, quality, and speed; ability to identify workflow streamlining and automation opportunities
