Ping Identity is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to serve as the strategic owner and platform lead for "Ping Elevate" (a Saleshood-based enablement platform). Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement, you will drive platform optimization, content delivery, and seller experience while managing the full product lifecycle and serving as the primary liaison with the Saleshood vendor. Key responsibilities span four major areas: **Platform & Product Management:** Act as the lead product manager for Ping Elevate, managing the full lifecycle including feature requests, bug tracking, and platform architecture. Define measurement requirements, integrate with Ping's measurement systems (Glean, AI agents, dashboarding), and lead cross-functional alignment with bi-weekly stakeholder reporting. Serve as the "Voice of the Field," prioritizing platform enhancements to reduce friction and increase seller productivity. Manage governance and field feedback loops to ensure the tech stack reflects evolving enablement needs. **Enablement Build & Delivery:** Drive development and execution of modern, on-demand enablement programs and AI Role Plays across varied initiatives including the Ping Way, Everboarding, and key skills acquisition. Apply design-thinking and learner-outcome methodologies to iterate on content and platform experience. Establish consistency standards and QA processes for all enablement paths to ensure high-quality learner experiences. **Everboarding & Content Strategy:** Lead strategy and creation of continuous sales-readiness content. Ensure all assets are updated, accessible, and aligned with seller knowledge objectives and opportunity stages. Optimize content inventory to be "sales ready" and "field enabled," integrating AI capabilities, digital client sites, and content packs. **AI-First Content & Field Engagement:** Spearhead development and integration of AI-first content frameworks within the platform. Leverage AI tools and emerging Saleshood features to enhance learning design and delivery efficiency. Actively manage and prioritize training requests from the field, implement systematic feedback collection and analysis, and deliver rolling and point-in-time learning experiences for strategic programs. The role requires balancing platform optimization with content creation, serving as a bridge between technical capabilities and strategic enablement outcomes while driving measurable improvements in field readiness, skill acquisition, and concept adoption. **Requirements:** Required: - 5–7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Enablement, or Sales Transformation - Deep expertise in operationalizing enterprise B2B sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPPICC, Command of the Message, Sandler, or similar) into daily field rhythm via CRM workflows, playbooks, and coaching tools - Hands-on experience designing Salesforce and learner platform processes (data models, validation rules, reporting) from the perspective of Seller Experience and Sales Leadership visibility Preferred: - Familiarity with sales learner technologies and Ping's stack or equivalents: Spotlight.ai, SalesHood, Highspot, Showpad, Glean, Synthesia, Articulate/Camtasia, AI learning models - Experience correlating enablement programs (learning paths, certifications, AI Role Plays) directly to field performance data to prove ROI of Revenue Acceleration initiatives
