Wolt is a global delivery platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries, now part of the DoorDash family. As Retail Onboarding Team Lead, you will report to the Country Lead Onboarding Operations and lead a team of 8 people responsible for seamlessly onboarding Retail partners onto the Wolt platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of 8 people, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compliant onboarding of Retail partners
- Drive timely onboarding of Retail partners while maintaining excellent customer experiences and meeting KPIs
- Continuously improve and streamline onboarding processes, particularly for large product assortments (supermarkets, grocery partners) to reduce operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Account Management, and Catalog teams on projects to enhance the Retail onboarding process
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Retail department, representing Retail Onboarding in discussions about product changes and strategic decisions
- Set, track, and analyze KPIs to ensure optimal team performance
- Ensure data accuracy and quality, especially for large product assortments in supermarket and grocery segments
- Develop expertise in LMIV (Lebensmittelinformationsverordnung) regulations to ensure compliance in grocery and supermarket onboarding processes

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, ideally with change management and team leadership focus
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or similar fast-paced operational leadership roles
- Experience in onboarding processes (highly desirable)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical capabilities to monitor KPIs and drive data-driven improvements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Proactive ownership mindset with ability to work independently and drive changes in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing teams of 5+ people
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and tackle complex operational challenges
