Salary: EUR 35,000 - 38,000 / annual

Mondial Relay by InPost, a leader in out-of-home delivery across Europe, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their logistics facility in Lieusaint. You will report to the site logistics manager and lead a dynamic team responsible for coordinating and optimizing all logistics activities. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Optimization: - Coordinate and optimize operational team activities in close collaboration with dock supervisors, focusing on continuous efficiency improvements - Ensure availability of production resources necessary for operations - Validate and optimize human resources allocation in line with budgetary objectives - Participate in vendor selection and RFP processes with the agency manager; oversee initial invoice verification - Serve as primary liaison with transporters, ensuring compliance with protocols for transporter/vendor/subcontractor arrivals and departures - Guarantee adherence to contractual terms and company procedures with subcontractors - Produce operational reports, analyze them for continuous improvement, and implement actions to meet performance commitments and objectives Team Leadership: - Manage a team of dock supervisors, fostering their skill development and cross-functional capabilities - Engage and align your team around company projects through communication and performance indicator management - Ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational processes, and safety/security procedures while driving prevention initiatives - Oversee working conditions and social climate quality within the facility About the Company: Mondial Relay by InPost is part of the InPost group and delivers over 200 million parcels annually across Europe. Requirements: - Proven management experience with the ability to coordinate and lead teams of supervisors and external partners - Strong organizational skills, initiative, and responsiveness - Excellent negotiation abilities - Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in operations and customer satisfaction - Proficiency with IT tools and strong analytical capabilities - Proactive mindset and initiative-driven approach - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team proximity focus - Ability to thrive in a challenging environment - Full-time availability for morning/afternoon shifts, Monday–Saturday schedule with Sunday and one additional day off per week - Cadre (management) status required
