Salary: EUR 35,000 - 38,000 / annual

InPost (Mondial Relay) is Europe's leader in out-of-home delivery, processing over 200 million parcels annually with 2,200 employees. This Operations Manager role is based at the Trappes logistics site and reports to the site logistics manager. You will lead a dynamic team of dock chiefs, driving operational performance and efficiency across all logistics activities. Key responsibilities include: **Operational Organization & Optimization:** - Coordinate and optimize operational team activities in close collaboration with dock chiefs, continuously seeking efficiency improvements - Ensure availability of production resources necessary for operations - Validate and optimize human resources allocation in line with budgetary objectives - Participate in tender processes and vendor selection with the agency manager; oversee initial invoice verification - Serve as primary liaison with transporters daily, ensuring compliance with procedures for transporter/vendor/subcontractor reception and departure - Guarantee adherence to contractual terms and company procedures with subcontractors - Produce operational reports, analyze them for continuous improvement, and implement actions to achieve performance commitments and targets **Team Management:** - Manage a team of dock chiefs, fostering their versatility and skill development - Engage and align your team around company projects through communication and performance indicator management - Ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational processes, and safety/security procedures while driving prevention initiatives - Own responsibility for workplace conditions and social climate quality within the site This is a full-time, permanent (CDI) position with morning/afternoon shifts, Monday through Saturday plus one additional rest day per week. Cadre (management) status. **Requirements:** - Experience in operations management and team leadership (experience valued over specific diplomas) - Strong organizational skills, initiative, and proven reactivity - Excellent negotiation abilities - Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in operational management and customer satisfaction - Proficiency with IT tools and strong analytical capabilities - Management qualities including communication skills and team proximity - Ability to thrive in a challenging environment
