Anthropic is expanding its reseller program in Japan and Korea and seeks an experienced Reseller Operations Manager to own the complete reseller lifecycle across both regions. This is an operator role focused on building scalable processes rather than relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
**Onboarding & Partner Management**: Own end-to-end reseller onboarding for Japan and Korea, including application intake, screening, agreement execution, marketplace authorization, entitlement setup, and Salesforce record maintenance.
**Hyperscaler Resale Operations**: Manage deal-registration intake and validation within SLA, coordinate marketplace authorizations and private-offer processing with cloud alliance teams (AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Microsoft Foundry), and ensure end-customer reporting for revenue attribution.
**Direct Resale Operations**: Handle partner quotes, order forms, order booking, provisioning, commit tracking with Deal Desk and RevOps, and coordinate with Finance and Tax on local invoicing, currency conversion, and consumption-tax handling.
**Incentives & Support**: Run regional reseller incentive operations (eligibility, validation, disputes) and provide first-line operational support in Japanese and Korean during local business hours. Localize onboarding and deal-registration content.
**Process & Systems**: Establish documented workflows, service levels, and vendor management. Adopt global Partner Operations playbooks where applicable and develop regional variants. Own reseller reporting on registration volume, cycle time, activation, attach rates, and attributed revenue.
**Team Coordination**: Manage outsourced operations capacity, coordinate with Enablement on local-language training, and represent Japan/Korea requirements in partner systems and automation initiatives.
You'll report to Partner Experience and work across a distributed team spanning San Francisco and Asia-Pacific time zones.
