In this Operations Data Analyst role, you will be a key bridge between data and business strategy. You will work with the Operations team to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Your responsibilities include:
• Querying and analyzing the company's Data Lake to answer complex operational questions and measure service excellence through intelligent dashboards and ad-hoc analyses
• Extracting hidden insights from data to provide solid guidance for business decisions
• Building and developing the company's Business Intelligence reporting suite using modern technology stacks
• Creating Machine Learning models and advanced logic to support complex decision-making
• Proactively identifying new improvement opportunities and intervention areas without waiting for direction
• Translating complex analytical concepts into clear, simple, and effective messages for all stakeholders
You will operate in a high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly and you are expected to navigate ambiguity with confidence. The role requires both technical depth and business acumen, with a focus on impact and ownership.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent SQL proficiency
• Intermediate Python skills
• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques, testing, and quantitative analysis
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar)
• Ability to manage ETL workflows and maintain Data Lake structure
• Prior experience in a similar data analyst role
• Fluent English for collaboration with global teams
• PLUS: dbt workflow knowledge and Kimball modeling experience
You should be curious, comfortable with rapid change, and able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Full-time, in-office position in Ascoli Piceno with immediate availability.
